Molly Malones is a turn-key business, just closed for the season right now. it is a well established irish pub, which has a nightclub inside for that opens after midnight. it has about 100m2 inside the club, it is fully equipped with a very good sound system and light system( i can give you full details on request).the terrace outside is about 100m2 as well, there are 2 levels of seating area(when full you can easily get 100 people sat outside)fully equipped with tables and chairs- top balcony bamboo sets, lower seating area wicker couches, and upstairs covered area solid wooden saloon chairs with s 2 bars, one outside that i use for the seating area, one bar inside the is for bars are fully set up with everything. the interior is fully air conditioned and has central extractor fan( smoking is still allowed indoors)and is totally soundproofed ( 100db inside you can hear nothing on street), there is a little room behind the inside bar used for glassware, washing up, coffee station etc. there is a back storage room used for liquor, beer kegs(the whole beer cooling system is set up in the liquor room with hidden pipes so all kegs are changed back there)ice machine and freezers( for stocking ice).There also is a popcorn machine, triple slush puppie machine, three 42` plasma, and 2 64` rear projection TVs. All tvs are wired up to 3 satellite dishes to cover any sports games
